ABOUT BIKRAM YOGA
Bikram Yoga is a unique series of 26 yoga postures and two breathing exercises. The series is designed to heal the spine-back, lack of exercise, overweight, stress and many other chronic health issues.
The combination of increased room temperature at approx. 40 degrees and a high air humidity of approx. 50 - 60 percent enables intensive stretching. The heat stimulates the circulation and sets detoxification in motion.
When you practice three times a week or more you can experience a faster transformation and healing and feeling amazing in your body.

Hygiene is our highest priority in the yoga room. The floor was specially developed for hot yoga schools. The surface is not slippery when the floor is wet and it´s antibacterial.
In addition, we have chosen the most modern technology in terms of heating. The temperature is reached by means of a system that brings hot air into the yoga room. During the training in the yoga room, the temperature and the fresh air supply are regulated fully automatically and the CO2 level is controlled.
The separate changing rooms for women and men are equipped with several showers and offer the necessary comfort. We attach great importance to environmentally friendly products and offer soap and shampoo made of natural cosmetics. Please leave your perfumed gels, deodorants and perfumes at home; in the yoga school we need clean air! For valuables there are lockers in the changing rooms which you can use free of charge.
After your yoga practice we offer fresh fruit to refresh you.
If you bring mineral water, please no glass bottles, or buy from us.

I played football at Stanford University, studied at the Juilliard School in New York and appeared as a musical performer in Cats and Starlight Express.
But after my first Bikram Yoga class almost 20 years ago, I was addicted to Bikram Yoga for just one reason. Because I felt so grandios.
Never before have I felt the energy in my body.
It felt like someone had flipped the switch to my senses. 10 months later I became a Bikram Yoga teacher. I was a student of Bikram Choudury.
Since then I have been doing the 26 poses of Bikram Yoga every day.

BIKRAM YOGA RULES
We practiced barefoot and in very light sportswear.
Bring yoga mat, 2 large towel and water bottle.
Drink enough before yoga throughout the day if you can.
Try not to eat 2 hours before class begins.
Before the start of the course, point out any health problems.
You can orient yourself by watching the students in front.
Sit down on the mat again and again during the course if you feel dizzy.
Don't push yourself too much in the first classes.
Practice as often as you can. At least 3 times a week if possible.
Be prepared to rest after your first Yoga classes.
